今天早上幫James換好衣服後
覺得小寶寶穿起吊帶褲變得很可愛
所以就給他拍了一些照片



現在會自己玩囉!

終於明白為什麼那麼多人去吃泰國菜都會點"椒麻雞"啦!

其實早在懷孕時就好想做這道料理
但懷孕又不能吃太辣的食物
只好把食譜印出來
等生完再吃
終於今天就來做了

以前我總是把自己放在第一位
但生了小孩後
就很自然會放他在第一位
他比我自己還要重要

這幾天, 都是陰冷的天氣,
我和James那裡都沒去,留在家裡.
不過在家三天後,真的是悶到快發霉
所以週末一到,我就快樂的不得了

超久沒寫網誌了
真的不知從何說起

我的懷孕日子算是順利
只是後期因為肚子太大太低
讓我行動非常不方便
最後那個月幾乎都在家

昨天是英國的Pancake Day,
通常這個時候超市會有buy 1 get 1 free的麵粉,
我也買了兩包回來做點心.

平常我都是做plain pancake再加上honey
簡簡單單就很好吃.

We finally got the house and will be moving in tomorrow.
We were so happy when we got the news yesterday.
I am so excited now!!!!!!

Yesterday we finally managed to pack all the stuff and clean the house.  In England, if you rent a place, you have to clean everything in the house before you leave, otherwise you might not get the whole deposit back.  

Yesterday I started working at 7:45 and finished at 5:45, then went back to the flat straight away to help Brendan finish packing and cleaning stuff.  Brendan took the whole day off work and we both were exhausted doing all this since last weekend.  Although it is not a big flat, it needed more work than we expected.

We still haven't heard any good news about the house and that means we are homeless now.  Kieran (Brendan's cousin) and Suzanne are very kind to let us to stay at their house for a week or 2.  We don't want to bother them for too long since Suzanne is pregnant and doesn't feel well recently, so we are still looking for short term letting.

This is the place we are going to put all our stuff.

Since we still don't know where we will be next week, we decided to pack up nearly everything and put them in this Self-storage room as it will be less hassle when we are moving around.   It is really helpful for people like us stuck in the moving process.   Also, you can freely access the storage room, store by the week, month, year or for as long as you require and move out whenever you like.  Hopefully we won't need it for too long.

This morning Brendan was looking for short-term renting, unfortunately no luck for us, most of them would like their tenants to stay at least 6 months.  We will try some more later on this weekend.

Our moving plan has been delayed and we still don't know when we will be able to move into our new home.  What we know for sure is our landlord has already found the next tenants and they are moving in on the 1st of December.  That means we will be homeless from next Friday unless a miracle happens to us.

We are going to pack up most of our stuff that we don't need and take it to our local self-storage depot tomorrow.   Brendan is going to freecycle his fish and take our fridge stuff to his work place.  He said there is a big tall fridge at his work place and no one really uses it much. I am now making a list of  what we need when we are homeless.  I put our rice cooker on my list.  

從愛爾蘭回來後, 都好像很忙的樣子,
在愛爾蘭參加完婚禮後, 接著在Bristol又另一個婚禮要參加,
吃吃喝喝兩個週末後, 
接著有個翻譯工作要完成,
英國有個朋友需要把一些中文問卷答案翻成英文,
花了整整一個星期, 週末沒休息的努力的翻,

愛爾蘭果然是個很綠的島, 怪不得有the Emerald Isle之名.

這裡是Dingle, 有一隻名叫Fungi的海豚常在這裡出没, 對人非常的友善, 可惜那天沒看到Fungi.

這是是日午餐的Menu, 有麵包, 飲料(啤酒, 紅酒, 汽水, 水), 最後有咖啡或甜點, 只要6.9歐元
是我們吃過的最便宜的, 而且又好吃, 服務又好.



這就是Menu裡的第三道: Ensalada Juliana 沙拉, 加些橄欖油和醋, 就很好吃

這是在西班牙買的, 一直好想自己做Paella, 但一直都忘記, 昨天終於用來煮,
裡面的粉, 會把米飯都染成金黃色.
